At Nido Sleep, your comfort and satisfaction are our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, clean, and in its original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, products that show signs of use cannot be accepted.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
